Shipping Policy
We've partnered with Amazon.com to ship and fulfill your orders for Books, Audio, Video, and Program products (Non-Game Products). Our Game products are shipped by a separate warehouse. If your order includes a non-game and game product, you will receive two separate packages to complete your order.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Our warehouses are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and most major Holidays. Shipping delivery estimates are for business days only. Please be aware of this fact when selecting your shipping service level.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders depend upon the method and option you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Canada Shipping
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our Canada customers. Please visit their site to learn more about the shipping process.

- Select Canada Checkout when you are finished shopping.
- Follow the step-by-step process to setup your Bongo account.
- After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
- Back at our website, proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
- Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
- Choose your shipping method, and Place Order.
- Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
- Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order via online chat or email.

International Orders
For purchases of game products with an international shipping address, Rich Dad ships using Federal Express. This provides for proper tracking of your order throughout the shipment. If your order includes non-game products, the non-game items will be fulfilled by Amazon.com and the shipment carrier can vary.
Duties and Taxes
International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
